About the Team
This is an opportunity to join an incredible team of product managers and make a difference at Design Like You Mean It. Our product management team is passionate about crafting outstanding user experiences for our clients and their customers. We are looking for a dynamic Mid-Senior Product Manager with both technical and business savvy; that brings energy to any project they are working on. You love to work closely with engineers, designers and business stakeholders and think strategically about where a product should go and how we can deliver the best results for our clients. You will help build and drive the product vision and client relationship across projects.

Compensation
- $75 per hour
- Paid monthly
- 5-10 hours per week with ability to expand if good fit
About the Role
As a Mid-Senior Product Manager, you will assist in product strategy and execution for multiple strategic client engagements. Working alongside a DLYMI client lead and our client partner team, you will translate complex business challenges into clear product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that drive client success and user adoption.
Client and Product Management
- Executes on multiple strategic clients and projects simultaneously.
- Assists on comprehensive product strategy: Evaluate customer, competitive and market data to understand the market dynamics and deliver key insights to clients to inform the design and roadmapping process.
- Ability to define and articulate product vision, strategy, and project roadmap to meet client needs and drive measurable impact.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring delivery of high quality, reliable experiences.
- Manages timelines and assists with stakeholder meeting coordination and delivers on key milestones with execution excellence.
- Ability to lead customer research and user testing activities a plus, including setup and conducting moderated and unmoderated testing across various platforms, translating user feedback and insights into clear workflows and features that deliver meaningful value.
- Assist in product strategy that drives product adoption and retention through user-centered design and continuous improvement.
- Support QA and acceptance testing for product development, reducing rework and increasing confidence in deliverables.
- Complete data analysis to identify insights, measure product impact, and track project outcomes.
About You
You thrive in complex environments and excel at turning fragmented processes into seamless, intuitive experiences. You balance deep user empathy with technical understanding, and you know how to prioritize features that have the greatest impact on adoption and client success.
Basic Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of product experience, with previous experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, or workflow software a plus.
- Demonstrate work history and competency at a mid to senior product management level with a proven track record of delivering complex, strategic, user-facing products.
- Proven experience as a product owner or working closely with product teams to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle.
- Demonstrated success with enterprise and consumer applications, ideally in an enterprise, SaaS, mobile, or consumer web environment.
- Prior experience leading user-facing projects with respect to Product, Design, UI or UX.
- Strong ability to explain complex business processes to a variety of audiences, from internal engineering teams to external customers and executives.
- Thrives working cross-functionally with clients, customers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders in collaborative and distributed environments.
- Experience with Agile or Lean Software Development methodologies.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical requirements and drive strategy for platform roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in remote and asynchronous work environments.
- Shown success leading complicated cross-functional technical projects from 0 to 1.
- Experience building complex workflows, data-rich platforms, or domain-specific solutions with measurable user impact.
- Background working in agency or consultancy environments serving multiple clients a plus.

- Eagerness to learn and integrate AI tools to achieve process efficiency.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related field.

- Experience with workflow management software: JIRA, Airtable, Trello, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, Teams, Loom, Zoom, Google Meet, WebX, Fathom, Otter.ai, etc.
- Experience with a variety of user testing platforms: BallparkHQ, Optimal Workshop, Great Question, UserTesting.com, User Zoom, MeasuringU, etc.
- Experience with site analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, MixPanel, etc.
- Experience with design software: Figma, FigJam, Figma Slides, Illustrator, Photoshop, TinyPNG, etc.
- Experience with AI tools: Figma Make, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Loveable, etc.
